Roof Replacement in Tacoma WA | GAF Timberline HDZ Hunter Green | Team Roofing NW
Tacoma Roof Replacement:
Stunning GAF Timberline HDZ in Hunter Green
When Tacoma homeowner Marien began searching online for a reliable roofing company, he turned to Google. After typing in roofing services for his area, Team Roofing NW appeared as a top option — and we’re grateful he chose to trust us with his home.
Marien reached out through our website, and one of our exterior consultants, Joe, quickly connected with him. Not only did Joe provide a great price, but the two discovered they were neighbors living in the same community, which made the experience even more personal. We love working with homeowners right here in the Puget Sound area, and this project was no exception.
Choosing the Right Roofing System
For his roof replacement, Marien selected one of the most popular and trusted options in the industry:
GAF Timberline HDZ® shingles in the color Hunter Green.
This bold, rich color adds depth and curb appeal while offering exceptional performance benefits such as:
- Advanced algae protection (StainGuard Plus®)
- Upgraded wind resistance with LayerLock™ technology
- Durable, long-lasting shingle construction
- Beautiful dimensional style that elevates any home
To further protect his investment, Marien chose the GAF Silver Pledge™ Warranty, providing enhanced coverage and peace of mind for years to come.
One-Day Roof Replacement by Our In-House Crew
Our in-house crew, led by Ron, completed the full tear-off and replacement in just one day.
This efficiency is possible because Team Roofing NW does not use subcontractors — our trained W-2 crews work together every day, ensuring consistent workmanship and quality.
From start to finish, we focused on delivering:
- Clean tear-off
- Proper ventilation updates
- New underlayment installation
- Precision shingle placement
- Full jobsite cleanup
When everything was complete, Marien had a beautiful new roof that will protect his home through Washington’s rain, wind, and seasonal storms.
A Happy Customer & A Great Neighbor
We’re proud to welcome Marien not only as a satisfied customer but also as another wonderful neighbor we’ve had the privilege to serve. Trust, transparency, and genuine connection are what Team Roofing NW is all about — and every project like this strengthens our commitment to the community.
